I an a professional waiter, sommelier and lover of fine dining and concept cooking, and have been working for incredible chefs for the last 21 years.

I majored in psychology, but have always been fascinated with American novels and poetry, so took as many literature courses as I was able to squeeze in.

Off and on for the last ten years I have been writing poetry, attempting to find my footing and a personal style.
