Open Arts Forum (“the Forum”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is operated by Open Arts Press, LLC, a Maryland limited liability company. These terms govern your use of the Forum, including all pages hosted at openartsforum.com and openartsforum.com/forum.
By accessing or using the Forum, you agree to the following:
1. User-Generated Content
All content submitted by users, including forum posts, comments, and uploaded media (“Content”), is the sole responsibility of the individual who created it. The views and opinions expressed in such Content do not necessarily reflect those of Open Arts Press, LLC.
We are not responsible for any user-generated Content, nor do we pre-screen it. However, we reserve the right to remove, edit, or restrict access to any Content for any reason at our sole discretion.
2. Content Standards
You agree not to submit Content that:

All submissions may be reviewed or sent to third-party services (e.g., spam detection).
3. License to Publish
By posting Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display that Content in connection with the Forum and related publications. You retain ownership of your work.
We may, at our discretion, feature your Content on our front page or in affiliated projects (including anthologies), with proper attribution.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate user accounts at any time for any reason, with or without notice. You may request account deletion by contacting us directly.
5. Disclaimer of Liability

Open Arts Press, LLC shall not be liable for damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or reputation, resulting from site outages, account termination, or third-party misuse.
