Obed Ladiny experiments with a variety of poetic styles, especially lyrical freeverse. His favorite poets include Maya Angelou, Carl Sandburg, Ted Kooser, Billy Collins, Mary Oliver, Patricia Smith, several OAF/PC poets, and the list goes on. He has poems published in TWJ Magazine, the Poems-for-All Project, In Between Hangovers, Red Fez, and Torrid Literature Journal. When not working or reading or attempting to write a poem, he is enjoying family, parks, and crossword puzzles. He is a father of three and lives in New York City.
