Editor’s note: Marcel Herms is a well-known Dutch artist. His paintings and drawings are created using a very wide variety of media (mixed media), and range from very small to very large. He has collaborated with many different artists, writers, and musicians around the world to create cover art and illustrations for books and other projects. He operates an independent publishing house; the link is shown at the bottom of this page.
Marcel posted a large number of pieces on the Open Arts Forum (OAF) website in the Member Forums from 2019-2022, and is still a member. Many of these pieces were published on the OAF Front Page between 2019-2025. However, a substantial number of the pieces he posted to the Member Forums were not published on our Front Page. This gallery features a selection of the artist’s paintings and drawings from postings Herms made as a member but which were never published on our Front Page. They are all described as mixed media.
