I was born in Naples, Italy but raised in the US.  I've been creative my entire life.  Visual art is one of several interest I enjoy.  I have specialized but not limited to pastel portraits.  One of my favorite subjects is doing pet portraits for people who have lost a pet and gift it to them. I love their reaction.  I have done 18 so far.

 

I'm also a published author with multiple publications to my credit, including a novel (Powers of Fate). I'm a active poet with over 200 poems and a chap book in my collection.  I am past president of Poetry Society  of Michigan and I have taught writing workshops for many years. I enjoy restoring old things, and making them like new once again. Sailing, cycling and tennis are my favorite sports.
